1. What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address. When you use the service, we collect usage data such as which tickers you search for, pages you visit, and session timestamps. We do not collect financial information, payment details (handled by our payment provider), or any personally identifiable information beyond your email.
2. How we use your data
We use your email to authenticate your account and send transactional emails (email verification, report completion notifications). We use usage data to improve the service and diagnose issues. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.
3. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Account sessions are managed via secure HTTP-only cookies with CSRF protection.
4. Data retention and deletion
We retain account data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.
